Real Estate has always been part of my life starting as a youngster helping my parents prepare apartments for tenants and other maintenance chores around our apartment building, learning at the same time to deal with folks from all walks of life and places in the world. Even as a young construction worker I was first licensed as a Realtor in 1978 and began a part time practice. In 1993 I left construction and entered the industry full time starting Gold Run Realty in 2001 in Susanville California and in 2012 returned to the SF Bay area to join Intero Real Estate Services, a part of Berkshire Hathaway Home Services. That experience challenged my ability to keep changing with the times.
